Employee leasing definition: “Employee leasing is a contractual arrangement in which the leasing company, also known as a professional employer organization (PEO), is the official employer. Employment responsibilities are typically shared between the leasing company and the business owner (you, in this case).”
In our case, Complete Employee Solutions would be the leasing company or the PEO, and your business would “lease” employees from us. Why would you want to do this? Because it can save you money, paperwork, time and in some instances be better for the people you employ.
When a small company hires people, the costs for Health Insurance, Workman’s Comp and payroll can be prohibitive. Leasing employees from a larger company can save you money on all of these things. Not to mention that it would be the company who hires the employees to manage the compliance with State and Federal regulations for these employees.
You still manage the employees yourself, so it is still important they understand the rules and regulations of your business, of interacting with your customers, hours of operation and other important factors. Other than every day workplace functions, we can handle the rest. You send us their time sheets, we run the numbers, you allocate the funds to us, and we take care of payroll, deductions and all the rest.
If you would like to find out if Employee Leasing would work for you, give us a call and we can set up an appointment to talk about it with you!
